The Land Beside The Sea

Long ago, in a land. Where I played, in the sand. We were young, we were two. You had me, and I had you. In this land, there were toys. In this land, girls and boys. We were friendship never ends. In this land of long ago. In the trees, we’d jump and climb. There we’d spend all of our time. We were young, we had no cares. Long as the other one was there. Not so young, now we’re old. Memories fading, stories told. We’re still together, you and me. In the land beside the sea.
